These are directions from Pennsylvania - pick then up from where ever you are located.

​Directions to Eaton/Keefe Maine House

Pa Northeast Extension (from Blue Route) to Exit 56 Lehigh Valley
Follow signs to 78 East (actually get on 309 South for a short distance to Route 78)
Follow 78 East into New Jersey to 287 North -Exit 29 – (287 North forks to the left after you get on exit ramp)
Follow 287 to 87 North (also called New York State Thruway)
Follow 87 North to Exit 17  - Route 84 – keep right at exit, follow signs “to 84”
Follow 84(the long boring road) all the way through Connecticut to Mass Turnpike (Route 90)
Get on Route 90 East – follow to Route 290/Worchester (only 9-10 miles)
Follow 290 East to 495 East
Continue on 495 North to 95 North into New Hampshire and then Maine.

Follow signs to Bath/Brunswick – exit 52 (295 North-sign says Route 1 Falmouth/Freeport)
Exit 28 Bath/Brunswick, Coastal Route 1 (do Not use exit 31)  Road bends to the right
Follow Route 1 into Brunswick past stores, gas stations, and McDonalds, get in left lane.
Look for large green directional signs. Route 1 turns left at Gulf Station
Stay on Route 1 North, follow signs to Bath
2nd Bath exit puts you on 209 South
Follow 209 south (speed limit 30-35 and is closely monitored)
At one point 209 bears sharp to the left – water will be on both sides of you – Winnegance General (now closed)store will be on your right.

Follow 209 through Phippsburg, (General store with gas station on right)
When you see Hidden Mountain cottages on right (several yellow houses on right)
You will bear right onto Sebasco Road (formerly known as Route 217)
Follow Sebasco Rd around bend to right…up hill….down hill around bend to right to Round Cove Lane. Turn left on Round Cove Lane, then left on to Long Cove Road.
Follow Long Cove Road to fork…bear left at fork.



Still Meadow is 94 – continue at end of Long Cove Road, brown house located on left.
The Ice House is 95 – is the small brown house located on the right.
Cove’s End is 96 – is located down the path on the right on the water. (If it is muddy, please
do not pull all the way down to the house – but park in parking area by Still Meadow)

A Garden Cart is provided for bringing things back and forth.

Alternate
If you want to go to the grocery store before you go to the house (which is a good idea) – get off at first Bath exit called Richardson Street. At end of exit turn right on to Bath Road then go around the traffic circle - first right  -  Congress Ave. Go up to Chandler turn right – there is a small sign for Shaw’s market. Follow into shopping center. To go to the house …go back to Bath Road, turn left (towards  Holiday Inn) Just before Holiday Inn is Richardson Street, turn right onto Richardson, follow Richardson to dead end. This is 209…turn right onto 209 and follow directions from above.
