The Carriage House

This three bedroom cottage is perfectly suited for a family with small children. or older adults who do not want stairs. An open concept allows for flexible family living. A large screened porch with a grill provides a place to cook dinners on cool New England nights. The Carriage House sits at the end of a private lane with a large side yard for playing, help make this a great family home. (Sleeps 6 - 1 double, 2 twins, 1 set of bunk beds.) This cottage is available from June 1 to October 15.

The Boat House
The Boathouse sits directly over the water at the end of the cove. For this reason we do not allow renters or visitors 5 or under. Additionally, there are steep steps to the second level which may be difficult for some people. It has 2 bedrooms on the upper level and a Master on the main level. There is a galley kitchen, a large great room, and a large screened porch for beautiful views of Casco Bay.

This house is available from late June to the end of September, starting at $1500 a week.
The Ice House
This cozy efficiency cottage is perfect for 1 or 2. Includes a full eat-in kitchen and bath, and a combined living sleeping area. It has propane heat and is the only cottage that is fully winterized.A small screened porch has great sunset views or just a nice place to read a book.
