1. All children must be supervised in the cove and/or waterfront. (parents must be with them – not at the house observing) The beach and rocks require proper footwear; sandals and flip-flops are not appropriate. A pair of water shoes and/or sneakers are a must. Barnacles hurt and we have no control over what washes into the cove.

2. THE COVE IS A NO WAKE ZONE. ANYONE USING A BOAT MUST OBSERVE THIS. Additionally you must not use the docks of other property owners in the cove. Blueberry Hill is the only property with a dock and float. Your respect of others who use the cove is paramount.

3. Water and septic are always an issue on the rocky coast of Maine. Our properties are located on a huge granite ledge, so drainage is a concern. We would appreciate it if you would keep showers short and use water wisely.

4. We would appreciate it if you would water any plants/planters by your cottage.

5. While we try and keep interruptions to your vacation to a minimum our lawn and landscaping service may need to come during your stay depending on the weather.

6. We are happy to have housekeeping check on the cottages between tenants. She is not able to do a full heavy cleaning. Your assistance in leaving your cottage tidy is appreciated.

7. Most important is that you enjoy your stay. If there is anything we have not thought of, or way that could make your stay more comfortable, please let us know.
